1.Typische storingsmodus


Abnormaal geluid/vibratie:slijtage van de lagers, onbalans van de katrol of interne mechanische schade aan de compressor.


Verschil in de koeling:ontkoppeling van de koppelingsspiraal, lekkage van koelmiddel (verouderde afdichtingsring) of vastzittende interne kleppenplaat.


Verontreiniging met olie:Compressor smeerolie (PAG-olie) gemengd met water of metalen afval.

 

 

2Onderhoudsvoorstel


Regelmatige controle: om de 2 jaar of 30.000 kilometer om de koelmiddeldruk en de dichtheid van de leidingen te detecteren.


Vervangingscyclus:Het wordt aanbevolen de droge fles synchroon te vervangen nadat het koelmiddelcirculatiesysteem is gerepareerd (om secundaire verontreiniging door verontreinigingen te voorkomen).
